What we do

Restorative Gloucestershire is a service operating within Gloucestershire Constabulary. Restorative Gloucestershire has been commissioned by Gloucestershire’s Police & Crime Commissioner to provide Restorative services across Gloucestershire for individuals impacted by crime, anti-social behaviour and community conflict.

We work with all people affected by crime (harmers and harmed) and individuals such as neighbours where there is conflict. We use future focused Restorative Justice principles with the aim of enabling people to move forward with their lives.

We collect and process your personal information in order to provide our services to you. This includes:

  • Making initial contact with you so that we can tell you more about our Restorative services. This enables you to make an informed decision as to whether you wish to take part, and enables us to assess with you whether your need can be met.
  • Delivering a Restorative intervention that has been entered into voluntarily by all parties
  • Using your anonymised case information for training, awareness, monitoring, and service development.
